Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
